A. No. A Plan Selection form is available for you to choose the plans you wish to participate in.

Q. How long does it take to process a claim?

A. HealthVelocity has averaged 10 days turnaround tim averages a three week turnaround time on processing claims for the last 3 years.

Q. How do I join HealthVelocity’s IPA?

A. Please print and complete the Plan Selection Form, IPA Membership Agreement and IPA Membership Application. Mail to HealthVelocity along with all required documentation to:direct them to the new tab
